Behavior Technicians (BTs) work one-on-one with children to help build communication, social, and daily living skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA). The work can be physically and emotionally challenging, but it’s also deeply rewarding. It takes patience, consistency, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their potential — and you’ll be supported every step of the way as you grow into the role.
Entry Level Behavior Technician Qualifications & Responsibilities:We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
