Key responsibilities Plan, conduct, and synthesize various research studies, including usability testing and market exploration Design and improve research operations, ensuring efficient processes and organized findings Collaborate with stakeholders to translate research insights into actionable product and curriculum enhancements Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in research or insights roles, such as user research or consulting Proven ability to synthesize research into actionable insights for decision-making Experience with research operations, including managing research repositories and tools Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods (Bonus) Knowledge of the financial services industry or experience with frontline workers
