Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStrength and Conditioning DirectorDepartment: Player DevelopmentClassification: 1099-Independent ContractorSummary:The Program at D-BAT Lewisville (Lewisville, TX) is currently seeking applicants for a Strength & Conditioning Director. Duties include but are not limited to: Leads and supervises sport-specific training for athletes of all sports. Leads in the assessment and development of long- and short-term programming goals for individual athletes and teams. Also leads in the communication of program planning and progress with athletes, parents, coaches, etc.Additional Responsibilities:The Strength & Conditioning Director will be expected to:Deliver the top sport specific instruction in the country focused on injury prevention and improved sports performanceEnsure every client completes a full comprehensive assessment, receives individual program design specific to their sport and are successfully guided through their workoutsUnderstanding and delivering motivating, well-timed coaching quesOrganizing sessions; setting the tempo and transition of all groupsLead clients to their goals, celebrate their gains and share client success storiesAttend local athlete events such as showcases, competitions, etcMaintaining, cleaning and organizing the weight room and facilityAdherence to, and promotion of, The Program mission, vision and purposeGrowth of membership/personal training and retention by providing exceptional coachingAccurate and timely completion of daily/weekly job dutiesAdherence to standard policies and procedures to safeguard the clients and coachesEffective management of scheduling, organization, and time managementQualifications:Passionate about changing lives, impacting the community, and providing an unmatched experienceNCCA Certified Personal Trainer (Required or in progress)Interested in the pursuit of a CSCS or other Nationally Accredited certificationSport-specific expertise in various sports: Football, Baseball, Track, Basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Cheerleading, Hockey, etc.Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multi-task and manage a small group performance environmentExperience in working directly with clients and providing a positive client experienceExcellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all types of clientsAttention to coaching and instruction to drive results from our clientsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsEffective time management and follow-through-skills3+ years of experience in operations of gym, weight roomBenefits:CEU reimbursementFuture certification/education reimbursementsFull access to OUTPUT Sports VBT Technology and other inhouse systemsFlexible ScheduleOn the job trainingOpportunities for advancementCompensation:$20.00 - $40.00 per hourorPartnership/Revenue Split determined upon qualifications and prior experience
